eBay cuts roughly 1,000 jobs in SEC Form 8-K restructuring disclosure
E-commerce marketplace eBay disclosed a corporate restructuring plan cutting approximately 1,000 full-time jobs, about 9% of its workforce, incurring $130 million to $150 million in pre-tax charges.
